What the PDF usually contains

Spanish statements use day/month/year, then the concept, the amount, and the balance. Holded and Quipu invoices put the number, issue date, tax ID, and line totals in the text layer.

The file is used for this conversion and then deleted. It is not used to train models, and we cannot recover it afterward.
